Return & Exchange Policy

At BAARSO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or expired product, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Conditions:
    Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
    Opened food items, powders, or capsules are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Used or opened products
    Items purchased on sale or discount.
    Customized or promotional bundles.
    Once approved, exchange or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.
